Ulster Biorecovery was created by two individuals with unique and complementary skills to serve the residents of our local community and surrounding counties whom are in the midst of critical and traumatic circumstances: Raquel, a former funeral director and Medical Examiner investigator and Ian, former military and present volunteer firefighter. Together, we are certified as Biorecovery Technicians by the American Biorecovery Association (ABRA), a professional organization dedicated to promoting continued education and ethics in the biohazard remediation industry. Our goal is to provide discreet, compassionate trauma and death scene cleaning services supported by our scientific and technical expertise- mindful of the emotional and financial impact of the situation upon our client. Proud to be a “mom and pop” company, we live, raise our children and spend our wages in the community we serve. The Golden Rule is our mandate in business and in life. As such, we furnish a detailed reckoning of our charges and full documentation of our work, every step of the way.
